TL;DR: It is shown here how the “spatially modified” TSP’s “consistency” affects the ability of the TSPs to “talk” to each other.

Hepatitis G virus co-infection in liver transplantation recipients with chronic hepatitis C and nonviral chronic liver disease.
Michael W. Fried,Yuri Khudyakov,Gregory Smallwood,Mion E.R. Cong,Barbara Nichols,Emma E. Diaz,Paul Siefert,Karen A. Gutekunst,Robert D. Gordon,Thomas D. Boyer,Howard A. Fields +10 more
TL;DR: HGV is frequently found in transplantation patients co‐infected with hepatitis C although it appears to have minimal clinical impact, and in patients transplanted for nonviral causes of end‐stage liver disease, a high rate of hepatitis G acquisition at the time of transplantation may occur but does not appear to predispose to chronic hepatitis.

Antigenic epitopes and mosaic polypeptides of hepatitis c virus proteins
Howard A. Fields,Yury E. Khudyakov +1 more
- 10 Jan 2001
TL;DR: The mosaic polypeptides are artificial composite proteins constructed from diagnostically relevant antigenic regions derived from different hepatitis C virus proteins as discussed by the authors, which are also useful for the construction of immunogenic pharmaceutical compositions, such as vaccines.

Mosaic polypeptide and methods for detecting the hepatitis e virus
Howard A. Fields,Yury E. Khudyakov,Michael O. Favorov +2 more
- 15 Feb 1995
TL;DR: A nucleic acid encoding a mosaic hepatitis E virus (HEV) polypeptide, consisting of the nucleotide sequence defined in the Sequence Listing as SEQ ID NO:1 is provided as mentioned in this paper.

Antigenically reactive regions of the hepatitis a virus polyprotein
Howard A. Fields,Yury E. Khudyakov +1 more
- 18 Apr 1997
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors provided immunogenic HAV peptides, antibodies and assays for detecting HAV and also provided vaccine against HAV against the use of HAV in vaccination.
