Solvothermal synthesis and characterization of size-controlled Fe3O4 nanoparticles
TL;DR: In this paper, size-controlled Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles were prepared via a facile solvothermal method by using the mixed surfactants of SDS and PEG as protective reagents.

Controllable fabrication of SiO2/polypyrrole core–shell particles and polypyrrole hollow spheres
TL;DR: In this paper, an in situ polymerization route was developed to synthesize SiO 2 /polypyrrole core-shell particles and poly pyrrole hollow spheres with controllable shell thickness.

Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of sea urchin-like nickel and cobalt selenides nanocrystals
TL;DR: In this article, a sea urchin-like nanorod-based nickel and cobalt selenides nanocrystals have been selective synthesized via a hydrothermal reduction route in which hydrated nickel chloride and hydrated cobalt chloride were employed to supply Ni and Co source and aqueous hydrazine (N2H4·H2O) was used as reducing agent.

Selective and sensitive adsorption of Au(III) by poly-N-phenylglycine
TL;DR: In this article , poly-N-phenylglycine (PNPG) particles were firstly used to capture gold with adsorption capacity (1356.78 mg⋅g −1 ) and good sensitivity to Au(III) in low-concentration solutions at pH 1.

Composition design and properties of Cu–Zr–Ti bulk metallic glass composites
Yanjiao Feng,An-hui Cai,An-hui Cai,An-hui Cai,D.W. Ding,You-Nian Liu,Hongyi Wu,Qi An,Haibin Ning,Zhou Guojun,Yongyi Peng +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the results show that the studied Cu-based glass forming alloys are bulk metallic glass composites (BMGCs) with off-eutectic compositions and display workhardening behavior.
