An object is to provide a semiconductor device of which a manufacturing process is not complicated and by which cost can be suppressed, by forming a thin film transistor using an oxide semiconductor film typified by zinc oxide, and a manufacturing method thereof. For the semiconductor device, a gate electrode is formed over a substrate; a gate insulating film is formed covering the gate electrode; an oxide semiconductor film is formed over the gate insulating film; and a first conductive film and a second conductive film are formed over the oxide semiconductor film. The oxide semiconductor film has at least a crystallized region in a channel region.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish proper braking control that gives no feeling of anxiety to a driver by precluding the disadvantage that braking force does not act when a vehicle needs braking force acting thereon, and reflecting a braking operation by the driver direct to braking force on the vehicle. SOLUTION: During braking control on the basis of a standard target braking force computed by a standard target braking force computing part 11 according to road conditions, travel conditions of a vehicle and the like, when a braking operation detecting part 12 detects an intervention of a braking operation by a driver, braking control is triggered on the basis of an operational target braking force as the sum of the standard target braking force and a braking force according to the braking operation by the driver. After the intervention by the driver in the braking control finishes, the braking control on the basis of the operational target braking force is continued or it is returned to the braking control on the basis of the standard target braking force.

PURPOSE: To perform proper down shift responding to the demand of a driver during descending a slope. CONSTITUTION: After a gear position when an automatic transmission 1 is manually shifted down when a vehicle descends a slope, a car speed change amount ΔVSP, an accelerator opening TVO, and information on a running position are learnt by a gear shift intention learning device 17, the data is fed to a controller 9. When the vehicle again passes this running position, the transmission 1 is automatically shifted down based on the information.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle obstacle detector capable of improving safety by effectively using information detected by a plurality of sensors and properly dealing with obstacle existing within a dead angle. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle obstacle detector observes the behavior of an obstacle existing within the sensing range of one of a plurality of sensors 21 and 22 whose sensing ranges are not overlapped with each other, and predicts the behavior of any obstacle existing within a dead angle being an area between the sensing range of one sensor and the sensing range of the other sensor. Thus, the on-vehicle obstacle detecting device is able to predict the existence of the obstacle existing within the dead angle which is not originally detected by the sensors 21 and 22.
