Metabolic predisposition of a novel mutant (LEC rats) to hereditary hepatitis and hepatoma: alterations of the drug metabolizing enzymes
Toshihiro Sugiyama,Noritoshi Takeichi,Hiroshi Kobayashi,Michihiro C. Yoshida,Motomichi Sasaki,Naoyuki Taniguchi +5 more
TL;DR: The enzyme changes in the LEC rats are quite similar to those observed in hyperplastic foci and nodules in chemical carcinogenesis of hepatocytes, and a single autosomal recessive gene is responsible for the cause of the diseases.

Treatment of experimental tumors with a combination of a pulsing magnetic field and an antitumor drug.
Yoshiharu Omote,Masuo Hosokawa,Masashi Komatsumoto,Tsutomu Namieno,Susumu Nakajima,Yoshihiko Kubo,Hiroshi Kobayashi +6 more
TL;DR: The present results indicate that PMF exhibited a potentiation of the antitumor effect of mitomycin C.

Nomogram as a novel predictive tool for lymph node metastasis in T1 colorectal cancer treated with endoscopic resection: A nationwide, multicenter study.
Yoshiki Kajiwara,Shiro Oka,Shinji Tanaka,Takahiro Nakamura,Shoichi Saito,Yosuke Fukunaga,Manabu Takamatsu,Hiroshi Kawachi,Kinichi Hotta,Hiroaki Ikematsu,Motohiro Kojima,Yutaka Saito,Masayoshi Yamada,Yukihide Kanemitsu,Shigeki Sekine,Shinji Nagata,Kazutaka Yamada,Nozomu Kobayashi,A. TL;DR: In this article , a novel nomogram was developed and validated by usirge-scale, real-world data, including the Japanese Society for Cancer of the Colon and Rectum risk factors, to accurately evaluate the risk of lymph node metastasis in T1 colorectal cancer.

A screened potential molecular‐orbital calculation of the π‐electron system of porphyrin
Hideo Sekino,Hiroshi Kobayashi +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the excitation energies and oscillator strengths of metal-free porphin were calculated by the screened potential which incorporates instantaneous polarization effects in the molecular Hartree-Fock field.
