Defucosylated Humanized Anti-CCR4 Monoclonal Antibody KW-0761 as a Novel Immunotherapeutic Agent for Adult T-cell Leukemia/Lymphoma
Toshihiko Ishii,Takashi Ishida,Atae Utsunomiya,Atsushi Inagaki,Hiroki Yano,Hirokazu Komatsu,Shinsuke Iida,Kazunori Imada,Takashi Uchiyama,Shiro Akinaga,Kenya Shitara,Ryuzo Ueda +11 more
TL;DR: Whether the antitumor activity of KW-0761 would likely be sufficient for therapeutic clinical application against ATLL and the mechanism of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity mediated by this defucosylated monoclonal antibody is investigated.

The quality of pediatric burn scars is improved by early administration of basic fibroblast growth factor.
Sadanori Akita,Kozo Akino,Toshifumi Imaizumi,Katsumi Tanaka,Kuniaki Anraku,Hiroki Yano,Akiyoshi Hirano +6 more
TL;DR: Pediatric burn patients treated with bFGF showed less damaging function of the stratum corneum after healing both in clinical assessment and moisture meter analysis, and accelerated wound healing may lead to improved scarring.

A consecutive case review of orbital blowout fractures and recommendations for comprehensive management.
Hiroki Yano,Motoi Nakano,Kuniaki Anraku,Yuichi Suzuki,Hiroyuki Ishida,Ryuichi Murakami,Akiyoshi Hirano +6 more
TL;DR: If computed tomographic findings disclose a linear fracture with muscular strangulation, urgent surgery must be performed, however, for linear fractures without impaction of the muscle, or punched-out or burst type fractures, close observation for days may be appropriate.

Defucosylated anti-CCR4 monoclonal antibody exerts potent ADCC against primary ATLL cells mediated by autologous human immune cells in NOD/Shi-scid, IL-2R gamma(null) mice in vivo.
Asahi Ito,Takashi Ishida,Atae Utsunomiya,Fumihiko Sato,Fumiko Mori,Hiroki Yano,Atsushi Inagaki,Susumu Suzuki,Hisashi Takino,Masaki Ri,Shigeru Kusumoto,Hirokazu Komatsu,Shinsuke Iida,Hiroshi Inagaki,Ryuzo Ueda +14 more
TL;DR: This study is the first to report a mouse model in which a potent antitumor effect of the therapeutic mAb against primary tumor cells is mediated by autologous human immune cells, and defucosylated anti-CCR4 mAb is used to enhance ADCC.
Evidence that implicates the parathyroid hormone-related peptide in vascular stenosis : Increased gene expression in the intima of injured rat carotid arteries and human restenotic coronary lesions
Shin-ichiro Ozeki,Akira Ohtsuru,Shinji Seto,Satoshi Takeshita,Hiroki Yano,Toshiyuki Nakayama,Masahiro Ito,Tadaaki Yokota,Masakiyo Nobuyoshi,Gino V. Segre,Shunichi Yamashita,Katsusuke Yano +11 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that PTHrP gene expression in VSMCs markedly increases during neointimal formation, supporting the hypothesis that P THrP may play an important role in vascular stenosis as a regulator of VSMC proliferation.
