Hidden Markov model-based approach as the first screening of binding peptides that interact with MHC class II molecules
TL;DR: The hidden Markov model was applied for the screening of peptides that interact with nine MHC class II molecules, specifically, human leukocyte antigen (HLA) and HLA-DQ2, and showed high prediction accuracy, with an average AUC value of 0.87 for all molecules.
