TL;DR: Evaluated the anti-diarrhoeal activity of methanolic and hydromethanolic extracts obtained from the leaves of B. cinera in Swiss mice showed that both extracts reduced significantly the gastrintestinal motility.

Development and validation of an economic, environmental friendly and stability-indicating analytical method for determination of ampicillin sodium for injection by RP-HPLC
TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a new analytical method by RP-HPLC for the analysis of ampicillin sodium in powder for solution for injection, which was used a very simple mobile phase, comprised by a mixture of ethanol and water, pumped at a flow rate of 0.5 mL min -1.

Comparison of HPLC and UV Spectrophotometric Methods for the Determination of Cefuroxime Sodium in Pharmaceutical Products

TL;DR: In this article, a simple, rapid, economic and green analytical method was validated for the determination of secnidazole in tablets, which contributed to the green analytical chemistry since it has low use of organic solvent and low production of toxic waste.
