Reconstruction of engineered uterine tissues containing smooth muscle layer in collagen/matrigel scaffold in vitro.
Shuanghong Lü,Haibin Wang,Hui Liu,Heping Wang,Qiuxia Lin,Dexue Li,Yuxuan Song,Cuimi Duan,Li-Xin Feng,Changyong Wang +9 more
TL;DR: The coculture system of EUTs improved the development rate and quality of murine embryo significantly in comparison with those of control Chatot Ziomek Bavister culture and could support the development of embryos.

T-cell activation Rho GTPase-activating protein maintains intestinal homeostasis by regulating intestinal T helper cells differentiation through the gut microbiota
Ruirui He,Jianwen Chen,Zi-Wen Zhao,Changping Shi,Yanyun Du,Ming Yi,Lin Lin Feng,Qianwen Peng,Zhihui Cui,Ru Gao,Heping Wang,Yi Huang,Zhi Liu,Chenhui Wang +13 more
TL;DR: This paper showed that TAGAP deficiency or TAGAP expression downregulation caused by TAGAP gene polymorphism leads to decreased production of antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) such as reg3g, which subsequently causes dysregulation of the gut microbiota, which includes Akkermansia muciniphila and Bacteroides acidifaciens strains.

- 02 Jan 2008
TL;DR: In this article, a method for separating and purifying endometrial stromal cell and proceeding with large scale external culture, which improves the external purifying ratio and the breeding ability of endometrium stromAL cell, adjusts the proliferative stage of the uterus physiology by treating adenotropic enthusiasm hormone and adenotropy ovulation hormone for the experimental animal.

Comprehensive assessment of cellular senescence in the tumor microenvironment
Xiaoman Wang,Lifei Ma,Xiaoyan Pei,Heping Wang,Xiaoqiang Tang,Jian-Fei Pei,Yang-Nan Ding,Siyao Qu,Zimeng Wei,Hui-Yu Wang,Xiaoyue Wang,Gong-Hong Wei,De-Pei Liu,Hou-Zao Chen +13 more
TL;DR: This study defined computational metrics of senescence levels as CS scores to delineate CS landscape across 33 cancer types and 29 normal tissues and explored CS-associated phenotypes by integrating multiplatform data from ~20 000 patients and 212 000 single-cell profiles.
