CONSTITUTION:A terminal 101 is connected to a data input terminal 17 of an FF circuit 104 and one input terminal of an exclusive logical circuit 106, and a terminal 105 is connected to another input terminal of the circuit 106 and an output terminal 15 of the FF circuit 104. The output terminal of the circuit 106 is connected to a clear terminal 11 of a counter circuit 102. Since the output of the circuit 106 is at 1 only when the logic between an input signal of an output signal of a signal detection circuit is different, the counter circuit 102 makes counting operation only at the case, and the output of the circuit 102 is at 0 in other cases. When the circuit 102 makes a prescribed count and supplies a clock signal to a clock terminal 16 of the FF circuit 104, the FF circuit 104 latches an input signal at the terminal 101 and gives an output to the terminal 105. Thus, even if a symmetrical signal is at 0 or 1, the consecutive time can be discriminated.
