Tyrosyl Interactions in the Folding and Unfolding of Bovine Pancreatic Ribonuclease A: A Study of Tyrosine-to-Phenylalanine Mutants†
TL;DR: Three tyrosine-to-phenylalanine mutants of ribonuclease A are investigated for their enzymatic activities, molecular stabilities, and unfolding/refolding kinetics and an improved "box" model of proline isomerization under unfolding conditions was derived from exhaustive fitting of all possible box models.

Conformational Analysis of Thyrotropin Releasing Factor
TL;DR: Conformational energy calculations on thyrotropin releasing factor and on several of its analogues indicate that the central histidyl residue of the native molecule is in an extended conformation.

An Efficient Deformation-Based Global Optimization Method (Self-Consistent Basin-to-Deformed-Basin Mapping (SCBDBM)). Application to Lennard-Jones Atomic Clusters
TL;DR: In this paper, a self-consistent basin-to-deformed-basin mapping (SCBDBM) method is proposed to locate a group of large basins containing low-energy minima (hereafter referred to as superbasins) in the original energy surface.
