Peptide mapping of bovine pancreatic ribonuclease A by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography: II. A two-dimensional technique for determination of disulfide pairings using a continuous-flow disulfide-detection system
TL;DR: A procedure, developed for the cleavage and reversible blocking of disulfide bonds of proteins by S-sulfonation in preparation for peptide mapping, was applied to ribonuclease A and it is shown that there is no disulfides interchange under the digestion conditions used.

The effect of the L‐azetidine‐2‐carboxylic acid residue on protein conformation. III. Collagen‐like poly(tripeptide)s
TL;DR: The chemical and biological properties of collagen are altered by the biosynthetic substitution of the L‐azetidine‐2‐carboxylic acid (Aze) residue in the place of proline, and the substitutions reduce the stability of the collagen‐like triple helix, as compared with poly (Gly‐Pro‐Pro).
