Pyrolysis of high ash sewage sludge: Kinetics and thermodynamic analysis using Coats-Redfern method
Salman Raza Naqvi,Salman Raza Naqvi,Rumaisa Tariq,Zeeshan Hameed,Imtiaz Ali,Muhammad Naqvi,Wei Hsin Chen,Selim Ceylan,Harith Rashid,Junaid Ahmad,Syed Ali Ammar Taqvi,Syed Ali Ammar Taqvi,Muhammad Shahbaz +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the thermogravimetric analysis of high-ash sewage sludge using thermodynamic analysis and showed that the activation energy and preexponential factor from mass loss data using five major reaction mechanisms showed positive ΔH except F1.5.

Accurate Modeling of Evaporation and Enthalpy of Vapor Phase in CO2 Absorption by Amine Based Solution
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of enthalpy of liquid and vapor phases for the CO2 absorption process in mono-ethanolamine (MEA) solution is investigated and it is shown that only 0.001 mole% MEA and 3 mole% water leave the absorption column with flue gases at 298 K.

Bank Efficiency in Southeast Asian Countries: The Impact of Environmental Variables
Harith Rashid,Nurul Hasan,Sharifah Bee Abd Hamid,M. Iskandar M. Nor +3 more
- 01 Jan 2014
TL;DR: In this paper, a non-parametric analysis on the bank efficiency during the post crisis period of 1999 to 2005 and taken into consideration the implication of environmental variables was carried out and the early result suggested that the policy does significantly affected by the environmental variables in assuring the success of each policy changes and transformation as to regain the crisis region economic growth.
