The invention relates to the technical field of improvement of the permeability of downhole low-permeability coal seams of coal mines, and discloses a system for improving the permeability of coal bymeans of periodic hammering by the aid of high-pressure air pulses and water waves. The system is characterized in that cracking equipment comprises a high-pressure gas release pipe, a hole sealing capsule and a high-pressure double-layer delivery pipe, the high-pressure double-layer delivery pipe comprises an inner-layer high-pressure double-layer gas delivery inner pipe and an outer-layer high-pressure double-layer water delivery outer pipe, the high-pressure double-layer gas delivery inner pipe is connected with the high-pressure gas release pipe, a plurality of unidirectional gas release holes are formed in the high-pressure gas release pipe, and the hole sealing capsule is arranged on the outer wall of the high-pressure double-layer delivery pipe and is close to the high-pressure gasrelease pipe; a water filling device is communicated with the high-pressure double-layer water delivery outer pipe and can deliver water into cracking holes; an inflating device is communicates with the hole sealing capsule and the high-pressure double-layer gas delivery inner pipe, and can deliver gas into the hole sealing capsule or the cracking holes in a switching manner, and the hole sealingcapsule can be radially expanded to seal holes after being inflated. The invention further provides a method for improving the permeability of the coal by means of periodic hammering by the aid of thehigh-pressure air pulses and the water waves. The method is used with the system for improving the permeability of the coal.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a stopping agent for preventing coal spontaneous combustion, and belongs to the technical field of coal miens. Magnesium chloride, limechloride, stannic chloride, hypophosphite and sodium persulfate are adopted and mixed to be used as the stopping agent. The surface of the stopping agent is covered with amanium, and the stopping agent with good heatresisting stability and for preventing coal spontaneous combustion is prepared. The magnesium chloride, limechloride, sodium chloride have a good resistance effect in the early stage of coal spontaneous combustion. The C=O in the coal molecular structure is easier to react with the stopping agent, -CH2, -CH3 in fatty hydrocarbon are combined with root ions of the stopping agent, and therefore thefatty hydrocarbon is reduced, CO and olefin gas release is reduced, the resistance effect in the later stage of coal oxidation spontaneous combustion is better. The sodium persulfate reacts with theactive group in coal in advance, transition groups such as ether, methyl, carboxylic acid and the like which are stable at low temperature are generated, and coal spontaneous combustion is effectivelyprevented.

The reagent and the construction method have the advantages that the construction method has both the coal seam spontaneous combustion resistance function and the gas drainage and anti-reflection function, the reagent with both the coal seam spontaneous combustion resistance function and the gas drainage and anti-reflection function is applied, the component A and the component B are injected into a closed space of a coal seam separately, the component A is reacted with the component B to achieve a self-pressurization effect, permeation of liquid into coal seam fractures is facilitated, spontaneous combustion of coal is prevented, fractures and pore structures of the coal seam are improved, the permeability of the coal seam is improved, the gas release speed of the coal seamis increased, and favorable conditions for extraction of coal seam gas and safe mining of the coal are created.

The invention provides a device and a method for switching on or off a positive pressure pump through gas reverse blowing. In the device, the positive pressure pump is connected with a gas detector bymeans of a positive pressure gas delivery pipeline. A gas delivery port of a high-pressure air source is connected with the position at the tail end of a positive pressure gas delivery pipeline by virtue of a first gas guiding branch pipe. A gas source valve, a gas pressure stabilizing valve and a first gas one-way valve are sequentially arranged from one end to the other end of the first gas guiding branch pipe. A main valve is arranged on the positive pressure gas delivery pipeline between the other end of the first gas guiding branch pipe and the gas detector. A gas pressure meter is connected onto the positive pressure gas delivery pipeline. A second gas one-way valve is arranged at the position at the head end of the positive pressure gas delivery pipeline. The position of the head end of the positive pressure gas delivery pipeline is connected with a pressure sensor by means of a second gas guiding branch pipe. The pressure sensor is connected with the positive pressure pump bymeans of a signal receiving processor. The device and the method have the beneficial effects that the positive pressure gas delivery pipeline of the system is monitored by a positive pressure beam tube, and the on-off state of the positive pressure pump is controlled through cooperation of the ground high-pressure gas source, the valves and instruments as well as the underground pressure sensor and the signal receiving processor.
