TL;DR: In this article, the elution liquid of a protein imprinting membrane antibody as well as a preparation method of the eluted liquid was revealed. And the elutions of the antibody, provided by the invention, can be remarkably shortened; the antibody can be removed after the antibody was eluted at room temperature for 5 minutes, and the combination of a primary antibody and a second antibody could be completely removed after removing the antibody from the membrane for 10 minutes.
