High fructose diet: A risk factor for immune system dysregulation.
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors synthesized the available evidence to suggest that excessive fructose intake disrupts the body's immune homeostasis by promoting immune cell metabolic rearrangements, alterations in gut microbial community structure, and intestinal barrier permeability.

Changes in peripheral T-lymphocyte subsets and serum cytokines in patients with systemic sclerosis
Rong Guo,Hao Cheng,Xiao-Ying Zhang,Zhen Yu,Guangxin Wang,Shumeng Hao,Xiao-peng Gao,Hong-Yan Wen +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the alteration in the absolute numbers of T-lymphocyte subsets and the serum levels of cytokines in systemic sclerosis patients, and found that the number of total T, Th, and Treg cells in SSc patients were lower than those in HCs.
Predictors of refractory risk in systemic lupus erythematosus-related thrombocytopenia: a dual-centre retrospective study
Kaisheng Su,Hao Cheng,Zhi-fang Jia,Yi Yuan,Huidan Yang,Qi Gao,Zhenyu Jiang,Hongyan Wen,Jing Jiang +8 more
TL;DR: The RRA model demonstrated good capability for assessing the refractory risk in SLE-related TP, which may be helpful for early identification and intervention.
Absolute decrease in regulatory T cells and low‐dose interleukin‐2 therapy: restoring and expanding regulatory T cells to treat systemic sclerosis: a 24‐week study
TL;DR: It is shown that the absolute numbers of peripheral Treg cells together with total T,CD4+ T, CD8+ T and NK is significantly decreased, leading to an imbalance of Th17 to Treg Cells in patients with SSc, and that low-dose IL-2 treatment could restore the balance of the two immune cells and reduce disease activity without obvious adverse effects.

Long-Term Efficacy and Low Adverse Events of Methylprednisolone Pulses Combined to Low-Dose Glucocorticoids for Systemic Sclerosis: A Retrospective Clinical Study of 10 Years’ Follow-Up
TL;DR: It is indicated that intravenous MP-Pulse combined with oral LTLD-GC could achieve significant remission and better long-term efficacy without severe adverse effects in SSc patients with ILD and induration of skin.
