Exploring Low Power and Ultrafast Memristor on p-Type van der Waals SnS.
Xiu Fang Lu,Yishu Zhang,Naizhou Wang,Sheng Luo,Kunling Peng,Lin Wang,Hao Chen,Weibo Gao,Xianhui Chen,Yang Bao,Gengchiau Liang,Kian Ping Loh +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, a filament-based memristor using p-type transition metal dichalcogenides as the resistive switching material is presented, which exhibits superlative metrics such as a switching voltage ∼ 0.2 V, a switching speed faster than 1.5 ns, high endurance switching cycles, and an ultralarge on/off ratio of 108.

Performance Improvement by Ozone Treatment of 2D PdSe2.
Qijie Liang,Qijie Liang,Qian Zhang,Jian Gou,Ting Ting Song,Arramel,Hao Chen,Ming Yang,Sharon Xiaodai Lim,Qixing Wang,Rui Zhu,Nikolai Yakovlev,Nikolai Yakovlev,Swee Ching Tan,Wenjing Zhang,Konstantin S. Novoselov,Andrew T. S. Wee +16 more
TL;DR: Low-temperature partial surface oxidation in 2D PdSe2 with low disorder and good stability is demonstrated and a pathway toward fine-tuning the physical and chemical properties of 2D TMDs and their applications in nanoelectronics, optoelectronic, and electrocatalysis is provided.

Improvement of the thermal stability of NiSi films by using a thin Pt interlayer
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of a thin interlayer of Pt on the stability of NiSi films on Si(111) substrates has been investigated and it was found in Ni/Pt/Si samples that a transition in NiSi texture from (200)NiSi to (111)Si took place before the nucleation ofNiSi2.

In-Plane Anisotropic Nonlinear Optical Properties of Two-Dimensional Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite.
Zhihui Chen,Qi Zhang,Menglong Zhu,Hao Chen,Xinyun Wang,Si Xiao,Kian Ping Loh,Goki Eda,Jianqiao Meng,Jun He +9 more
TL;DR: The structure-related NLO anisotropy of 2D OIHP framework is not well-established as discussed by the authors, and the correlation between the in-plane anisotropic NLO responses and its lattice structure is investigated.

Chiral Phonons in Chiral Materials
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reveal an intrinsic connection between the chiralities of a crystal structure and its phonon excitations, which will be reversed when a chiral lattice is switched to its enantiomorph.
