TL;DR: In this paper, an investment casting method for duplex overall-cast directional-solidified turbine guide blades is presented, which comprises the steps of preparation of ceramic molding cores, placement of the molding core in shape molds for pressing of blade wax molds, coating of molding shells after mold assembly and dewaxing roasting, smelting and pouring, shell removal, core removal, and cutting of redundant gate parts.
