Bromodomains and Extra-Terminal (BET) Inhibitor JQ1 Suppresses Proliferation of Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia by Inhibiting c-Myc-Mediated Glycolysis.
Meng-Yi Zhang,Sheng-Li Liu,Wen-Li Huang,Da-Bin Tang,Wei-Wei Zheng,Neng Zhou,Hang Zhou,Tuersunayi Abudureheman,Zhong-Hua Tang,Bin-Bing S. Zhou,Cai-Wen Duan +10 more
TL;DR: The BET inhibitor JQ1 suppresses the proliferation of ALL by inhibiting c-Myc-mediated glycolysis, thus providing a new strategy for the treatment of ALL.

CDK9 Inhibitor Induces the Apoptosis of B-Cell Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia by Inhibiting c-Myc-Mediated Glycolytic Metabolism
Wen-Li Huang,Tuersunayi Abudureheman,Jing Xia,Lei Chu,Hang Zhou,Wei-Wei Zheng,Neng Zhou,Rong-Yi Shi,Ming-Hao Li,Jianmin Zhu,Kai Qing,Chao Ji,Kaiwei Liang,Sa Guo,Gang Yin,Cai-Wen Duan +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of CDK9i on B-ALL cells and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear, however, it is shown that CDK-9i induced the apoptosis of BALL cells in vitro by activating the apoptotic pathways.
All‐trans‐retinoic acid shifts Th1 towards Th2 cell differentiation by targeting NFAT1 signalling to ameliorate immune‐mediated aplastic anaemia
Da-Bin Tang,Sheng-Li Liu,Huiying Sun,Xia Qin,Neng Zhou,Wei-Wei Zheng,Meng-Yi Zhang,Hang Zhou,Abudureheman Tuersunayi,Cai-Wen Duan,Jing Chen +10 more
TL;DR: All‐trans‐retinoic acid (ATRA) was an effective agent to improve AA treatment outcomes and restrained the Fas/Fasl pathway, shifted Th1 towards Th2 cell development, rebalanced T‐cell subsets at a relatively high level and corrected the Th1/Th2 ratio by targeting NFAT1 signalling.

Identification of bicalutamide resistance-related genes and prognosis prediction in patients with prostate cancer
Yuezheng Li,Haoyu Wang,Yang Pan,Shangren Wang,Zhexin Zhang,Hang Zhou,Mingming Xu,Xiaoqiang Liu +7 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors used weighted correlation network analysis to identify the gene modules related to bicalutamide resistance, and the relationship between the samples and disease-free survival was analyzed.
A novel His-tag-binding aptamer for recombinant protein detection and T cell-based immunotherapy.
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors obtained a high affinity hexahistidine tag (His-tag)-binding aptamer 20 S and explored its application in recombinant protein detection and T cell-based immunotherapy.
