An Ultrahigh Linear Sensitive Temperature Sensor Based on PANI:Graphene and PDMS Hybrid with Negative Temperature Compensation.
TL;DR: In this article , a PANI:graphene and PDMS hybrid temperature sensor with extraordinary linearity and high sensitivity is realized by establishing the space-gap model and mathematical theoretical analysis.

High sensitivity pH sensing by using a ring resonator laser integrated into a microfluidic chip.
Dongyang Li,Han Zhang,Zhi Li,Lingwei Zhou,Meng Zhang,Xiao Yun Pu,Yuze Sun,Hang Liu,Yuan-Xian Zhang +8 more
TL;DR: A chip-scale integrated pH sensor with high sensitivity by using an optofluidic ring resonator (OFRR) laser is presented in this paper , where an optical fiber with a high refractive index is employed both as an optical cavity and the sensing reactor along a microchannel, while disodium fluorescein (DSF) aqueous solution with a low RI is served as the cladding gain medium and fluorescent probes.

Light-Controlled Reconfigurable Optical Synapse Based on Carbon Nanotubes/2D Perovskite Heterostructure for Image Recognition.
Yutao Li,Junze Li,Li Ren,Kui Xu,Sheng Chen,Lei Han,Hang Liu,Xiaoliang Guo,Duli Yu,Dehui Li,Li Ding,Lian-Mao Peng,Tian-Ling Ren +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , an exfoliated 2D perovskite/carbon nanotubes (CNTs) heterostructure optical synapse was constructed, in which CNTs can be used as nanoprobes to qualitatively observe the ion aggregation or dissipation process in two-dimensional perovsite, and found that light significantly changes the memory curve of the reconfigurable optical synapses.
