TL;DR: Nurses' level of disaster core competencies was above the average, and it is positively correlated with their psychological resilience, which means resilience should also be taken into account and included in the preparation plans for nurses to apply their professional competencies and qualifications.

Nomophobia, netlessphobia, and fear of missing out in nursing students: A cross-sectional study in distance education.
TL;DR: In this paper , a study was conducted to measure nursing students' nomophobia, netlessphobia, and fear of missing out levels and identify the correlations between them, which showed that higher nomophobia scores and strong relationships between concepts require being aware of possible problems, monitoring and taking precautions.

Compassion Fatigue, Professional Quality of Life, and Psychological Endurance Among Organ Transplant Coordinators.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that ProQOL and psychological endurance are essential determinants of compassion fatigue among organ transplant coordinators and suggested that correcting the working quality of organ transplant coordinator will reduce compassion fatigue and increase their psychological stability.
