Temporal trends in complex PCI interventions
Mark Kheifets,Shelly Abigail Vons,Tamir Bental,Hana Vaknin-Assa,Leor Perl,Ran Kornowski,Amos Levi +6 more
TL;DR: Although frequency of C-PCIs is on the rise, overall outcomes become increasingly better, as compared to earlier periods, Unfortunately, this has not translated into a decrease in mortality.

Long-term Israeli Single-Center Experience with the Percutaneous MitraClip Procedure.
Shmuel Schwartzenberg,Ran Kornowski,Yaron Shapira,Abid Assali,Mordehay Vatury,Leor Perl,Hana Vaknin-Assa,Alexander Sagie +7 more
TL;DR: The MitraClip procedure is becoming an acceptable alternative for high-risk patients with mitral regurgitation (MR) due to functional (FMR) or degenerative (DMR) disease and suitable mitral anatomy as mentioned in this paper.

Timing of Nonculprit Percutaneous Coronary Intervention after ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction.
Joshua H Arnold,Tamir Bental,Tamir Bental,Gabriel Greenberg,Gabriel Greenberg,Hana Vaknin-Assa,Hana Vaknin-Assa,Ran Kornowski,Ran Kornowski,Leor Perl,Leor Perl +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured cardiac outcomes related to duration between primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCI) of the culprit lesion and staged PCI (sPCI of nonculprit lesions) and found no association between the time interval up to sPCI with all-cause death (HR = 1.022 [95% CI: 0.925-1.129, p = 0.671]).

[Re-implantation of a mitraclip device in a patient with recurrent mitral regurgitation].
Leor Perl,Abid Assali,Hana Vaknin-Assa,Yaron Shapira,Mordehay Vaturi,Alex Sagie,Ran Kornowski +6 more
TL;DR: The following case study depicts the course of therapy for a patient with ischemic cardiomyopathy and severe bi-ventricular failure, implanted with a MitraClip device five months before the current event, and now presents with clinical deterioration, and a renewed mitral valve insufficiency.

Long-term outcomes of percutaneous coronary intervention for unprotected left main coronary artery according to the synergy between percutaneous coronary intervention with taxus and cardiac surgery (SYNTAX) score.
Arthur Shiyovich,Leor Perl,Leor Perl,Hana Vaknin-Assa,Hana Vaknin-Assa,Gabriel Greenberg,Gabriel Greenberg,Abed Samara,Abed Samara,Ran Kornowski,Ran Kornowski,Abid Assali,Abid Assali +12 more
TL;DR: Despite the high success rates of uLMCA PCI in real-world patients with high SYNTAX score, the latter was significantly associated with worse three-year outcomes.
