Papers
High flux MFI membranes for pervaporation
TL;DR: In this article, MFI membranes with a thickness of 0.5μm were evaluated for separation of feed mixtures of 3.5% n-butanol/water and 10% ethanol/water by pervaporation.
89
Ultrathin zeolite X membranes for pervaporation dehydration of ethanol
TL;DR: In this paper, discrete Faujasite zeolite nanocrystals with an average size of about 60nm were attached as a well-defined monolayer on the surface of porous graded alumina supports.
55
Ultrathin hydrophobic MFI membranes
TL;DR: In this article, the TPAF-MFI membrane with a film thickness of less than 500nm and a very low amount of defects was grown on α-alumina supports in fluoride media at near neutral pH.
31
An experimental study of micropore defects in MFI membranes
TL;DR: In this paper, two ultra-thin MFI membranes, prepared using hydroxide and fluoride ions as mineralizing agents, respectively, were carefully examined by permporometry and it was demonstrated that the micropore defects determined by perm-porometry were most likely open grain boundaries.
20
The facile assembly of nanocrystals by optimizing humidity
TL;DR: The ambient humidity and the nature of substrates are considered coordinately in the assembly of nano-sized crystals and nanocrystal monolayers show large-area uniformity without any aggregates.
