The reduced Curie temperature and magnetic entropy changes in Gd1−xInx alloys
TL;DR: In this article, the curie temperature of Gd (1− x ) In x ( x ǫ = 0.01, 0.02 and 0.03) alloys has been investigated.

The magnetic entropy changes in Gd1-xBx alloys
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of Gd (1− x ) B x alloys have been prepared by arc melting method and the Curie temperature of these alloys increase while the magnetic entropy changes are almost same as that of gd.

The origin of the large magnetocaloric effect in RCo2 (R=Er, Ho and Dy)
TL;DR: The phase transition of the RCo2 (R=Er, Ho and Dy) compounds is of first-order type and a metamagnetic transition is observed above the Curie temperature as discussed by the authors.

Magnetic Properties and Intergranular Action in Bonded Hybrid Magnets
Hua Zhenghe,Li Shandong,Han Zhida,Wang Dun-Hui,Zhong Wei,Gu Benxi,Lu Mu,Zhang Jian-Rong,Du You-Wei +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the long-range magnetostatic interaction and short-range exchange coupling interaction existed simultaneously in bonded hybrid magnets, and neither of them could be neglected, and some magnetic property parameters of hybrid magnets could be approximately obtained by adding the hysteresis loops of two magnets pro rata.

The low-field magnetic entropy change in melt-spun and annealed Gd ribbons
TL;DR: In this article, the magnetic-entropy changes ( | Δ S M | ) in annealed Gd ribbons are calculated and shown to be large at low-field and broad at high-field.
