The invention provides silicon-based bioactive glass composite hydrogel having self-healing characteristic, a preparation method thereof and an application of the silicon-based bioactive glass composite hydrogel to myocardium repair. The silicon-based bioactive glass composite hydrogel has a cross-linked gel network and a composite gel structure, wherein the cross-linked gel network is formed by forming an imine bond through a Schiff base reaction between an aldehyde group-containing high polymer material and an amino-containing high polymer material through aldehyde groups and amino, and a composite gel structure formed by uniformly dispersing silicon-based bioactive glass in the gel network; and the silicon-based bioactive glass composite hydrogel contains the following components in percentage by mass: of 1-10% of the aldehyde group-containing high polymer material, 1-10% of the amino-containing high polymer material and 0.1-1.0% of the silicon-based bioactive glass.

The invention discloses a special adhesive for moss and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding melamine, urea, attapulgite and sepiolite powder intoa ball-milling tank, adding ball-milling balls into the ball-milling tank, carrying out ball milling, and collecting a ball-milled material; adding konjac glucomannan, chitosan and collagen into water, carrying out stirring, adding half of the ball-milled material in the stirring and mixing process; then adding latex powder, stearic acid and ammonium zirconium carbonate; and continuing to conductmixing and stirring, and adding the other half of the ball-milled material in the stirring and mixing process to obtain the special adhesive for moss. The special adhesive for moss is used for moss adhesion, has a good moss adhesion effect, is environmentally friendly, does not cause harm to bryophytes, contains konjac glucomannan, chitosan, attapulgite and sepiolite powder, can provide nutritionfor moss, and shows thickening thixotropic, water-absorbing and water-retaining effects. The air permeability of the adhesive can be improved, and rapid planting of moss is promoted.

The invention relates to in-situ forming injectable bioactive composite hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composite hydrogel is formed by mixing sodium alga acid, amino acids and silicate bioceramics containing two or more than two multivalent cations serving as raw materials and performing in-situ forming, wherein the raw materials respectively comprise the following components by weight volume: 1.5-2% of sodium alga acid, 1-20% of silicate bioceramics and 0.25-2% of amino acids. According to the composite hydrogel disclosed by the invention, the inorganic component silicate bioceramics have the effect of promoting cell migration, bone formation, vascularization and other biological activities and can serve as a reinforced phase inside the hydrogel for improving the mechanical strength of the composite hydrogel, so that the composite hydrogel can provide a physical support and a good chemical environment for regeneration and reconstruction of tissues.
