- 03 Jul 2009
TL;DR: In this paper, the Debye-Waller factor and Debye temperature of diamond thin films were calculated using X-ray diffraction intensity at a fixed temperature, and the average crystallite size of a diamond thin film was obtained by using a single crystal.

Effect of annealing temperature on the properties of BaFe12O19 thin films deposited on GGG (1 1 1) substrates by pulsed laser deposition
TL;DR: The effects of annealing temperature on the microstructural, magnetic, and microwave properties of BaFe12O19 thin films were investigated in this article , and it was found that the properties of these thin films are very sensitive to the annoaling temperature, and excellent films are obtained when the annaling temperature is above 900 °C.
