Effects of supplementation with grass carp protein versus peptide on swimming endurance in mice
TL;DR: Grass carp protein or peptide significantly improved the endurance capacity of mice and the superiority of peptide over protein was observed at high-dose supplementation, which was mainly attributed to the significant enhancement of antioxidant enzyme levels (CAT and SOD).

Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Grass Carp Myofibrillar Protein and Antioxidant Properties of Hydrolysates
TL;DR: Ren et al. as mentioned in this paper extracted myofibrillar protein from grass carp, a freshwater fish, and hydrolysed using five commercial proteases (papain, pancreatin 6.0, bromelain, Neutrase 1.5MG, and Alcalase 2.4 L).
Emulsifying Properties of Cross-Linking Between Proteins Extracted from Cold/Hot Pressed Peanut Meal and Hydrolysed Fish (Decapterus Maruadsi) Proteins
TL;DR: In this paper, the cross-linked proteins were formed in all the transglutaminase-treated samples, and the susceptibility of cold pressed peanut or hot pressed peanut subunits to transglUTaminase was enhanced by addition of the (Decapterus maruadsi) protein hydrolysates.

Chemical and cellular antioxidant activity of two novel peptides designed based on glutathione structure.
TL;DR: It was found that the discrepancy of antioxidant capacity between ECH and YECG was caused by the presence of antioxidant amino acids (His/Tyr) and their position in peptide chain.
