Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization plus apatinib with or without camrelizumab for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma: a multicenter retrospective cohort study.
Xuhua Duan,Hao Li,D L Kuang,Pengfei Chen,Kai Zhang,Xiang-Qin He,Haibo Wang,Shixi Zhang,Qiang Zhang,Pei-Yu Zhu,Honglin Dong,Hui Li,Yong Wang,M. Shi,Guang Bing Jiang,Yandong Xu,Shiqiang Zhou,Chunyu Shang,Jianzhuang Ren,Xinwei Han +19 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors evaluated the role of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) plus tyrosine kinase inhibitor and immune checkpoint inhibitor in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and concluded that TACE combined with apatinib plus camrelizumab showed additional benefit.
Alpinetin suppresses CYP3A4, 2C9, and 2E1 activity in vitro
TL;DR: The in vitro inhibitory effect of al pinetin on CYP3A, 2C9, and 2E1 implied the potential interaction of alpinetin or its origin herbs with the drugs metabolised by those CYP450s, which needs further in vivo validation.

TL;DR: The effectiveness of mecapegfilgrastim, a long-acting recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF), as primary prophylaxis for neoadjuvant chemotherapy-induced neutropenia in BC patients was evaluated and trends were observed for grade 3/4 WBC count decreased in Cycle 1 to 4.
Abstract P5-18-06: Proactive diarrhea management improved tolerability of pyrotinib in combination with trastuzumab and docetaxel in patients with HER2+ early or locally advanced breast cancer: Exploratory analysis from randomized, double-blind, phase 3 PHEDRA study
Benlong Yang,Jiong Wu,Zhenzhen Liu,Hongjian Yang,Jinhai Tang,Kun Wang,Yunjiang Liu,Haibo Wang,Peifen Fu,Shuqun Zhang,Qiang Liu,Zefei Jiang,Shusen Wang,Jian Huang,Chuan Wang,Shu Wang,Yongsheng Wang,Linlin Zhen,Fei Wu,Shulin Liu,Xiang Lin,Jianjun Zou +21 more
TL;DR: Evaluating the effectiveness of proactive diarrhea management in women with HER2+ early or locally advanced breast cancer found pyrotinib tolerability was improved with PDM, which reduced the incidence and duration of grade 3 diarrhea.
