Comment introduire la contiguite en analyse des correspondances? Application en segmentation d'image
Brigitte Escofier,Habib Benali,Kaddour Bachar +2 more
- 01 Jan 1990
TL;DR: In this article, the authors propose a method to construct a structure of proximite based on the relations entre variables and the structure of correspondences, which is defined by a graphe pondere.

Noisy fractional Brownian motion for detection of perturbations in regular textures
Herve Guillemet,Habib Benali,Francoise J. Preteux,Robert Di Paola +3 more
- 08 Oct 1996
TL;DR: A generic method for detecting the presence of perturbating signal in model-based textures and results show that 95 percent of the breast tissue can be classified as not containing microcalcifications, in a short computation time and without significant error, proving the relevance of the method.

Correction: Cervical Spinal Cord Atrophy Profile in Adult SMN1-Linked SMA.
Mohamed-Mounir El Mendili,Timothée Lenglet,Tanya Stojkovic,Anthony Behin,Raquel Guimarães-Costa,François Salachas,Vincent Meininger,Gaëlle Bruneteau,Nadine Le Forestier,Pascal Laforêt,Stéphane Lehéricy,Habib Benali,Pierre-François Pradat +12 more
TL;DR: This research presents a novel probabilistic procedure that allows for direct measurement of the response of the immune system to earthquake-triggered landsliding.
Identification of a large-scale functional network in functional magnetic resonance imaging
Pierre Bellec,Guillaume Marrelec,Vincent Perlbarg,Saad Jbabdi,O. Jolivet,Mélanie Pélégrini-Issac,Julien Doyon,Habib Benali +7 more
- 15 Apr 2004
TL;DR: A method to identify the so-called large-scale functional network involved in a particular task as a set of regions exhibiting strong intrinsic homogeneity, as well as at least one strong long-distance inter-regional interaction is developed.
