TL;DR: In a prospective multicenter study, 368 acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients aged 15 to 65 years were treated with an intensified induction and reinduction regimen; 272 achieved complete remission (CR), and the remission duration correlated strongly with the number of independent prognostic factors.
