Numerical modeling of the effects of FRP thickness and stacking sequence on energy absorption of metal–FRP square tubes
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the design variables on the energy absorption and failure modes of the hybrid tubes were explained using the models and the results from the numerical models were used to obtain optimum crashworthiness functions.
