TL;DR: In this paper, a visible light communication emitting device capable of improving the response frequency, which comprises a substrate, is characterized in that the substrate is provided with an inductance coil module, and the inductance coils module is connected with an LED chip matrix formed by connecting a plurality of LED chips in series, and an induction value L of the inductances coil module meets an expression that L = 1/(omega2C), wherein C is capacitance brought about by LED core particles in the device, and omega is the frequency.
