Papers
A novel enterovirus species identified from severe diarrheal goats.
Wang Mingyue,Jia He,Haibing Lu,Yajing Liu,Yingrui Deng,Lisai Zhu,Guo Changming,Changchun Tu,Xinping Wang,Xinping Wang +9 more
TL;DR: This is the first report of caprineEnterovirus in China, the first complete genomic sequence of a caprine enterovirus revealed, and the unveiling of significant genetic variations between ovine enterov virus and caprine Enterovirus, thus broadening the current understanding of enteroviruses.
A fatal suppurative pneumonia in piglets caused by a pathogenic coagulase-positive strain of Staphylococcus hyicus
Wang Mingyue,Junying Hu,Lisai Zhu,Chunguang Guo,Haibing Lu,Guo Changming,Xin Li,Xinping Wang +7 more
TL;DR: The isolation and identification of a representative S. hyicus isolate from a pig farm with a disease characterized by bacteremia, suppurative pneumonia and fibrinous pericarditis indicate that JLHN15 is a pathogenic coagulase-positive Staphylococcus.
12
A novel subgenotype 3a hepatitis E virus isolated from pigs in China.
TL;DR: A novel HEV strain CCST-517 is characterized, which possesses a complete genome sequence of 7284 bp with typical HEV genome organization including 5′ and 3′ non-coding regions and three open reading frames, implying cross-species transmission of HEV between pigs and humans.

Immunofluorescence reagent for detecting E-type enterovirus and detection kit thereof
Xinping Wang,Xing Zeli,Lisai Zhu,Guo Changming,Dan Liu,Xiaochun Gai,Zhang Qun,Yuan Yue,Liu Yajing,Wang Fang +9 more
- 04 May 2016
TL;DR: In this paper, an immunofluorescence reagent for detecting an E-type enterovirus and a detection kit thereof is described. Butt et al. describe a direct detection method set up by applying the reagent to detect the E-types.

Double-antibody sandwich ELISA kit for detecting E-type enterovirus pathogen
Xinping Wang,Xing Zeli,Lisai Zhu,Guo Changming,Xiaochun Gai,Wang Mingyue,Haibing Lu,Cao Yufeng,Liu Yajing,Zhang Qun +9 more
- 04 May 2016
TL;DR: A double-antibody sandwich ELISA kit for detecting E-type enterovirus pathogen was presented in this article, which can be stored for 6 months at the temperature of 4 DEG C, and no obvious difference exists between detection results and those of a conventional method.
