TUFT1 Promotes Triple Negative Breast Cancer Metastasis, Stemness, and Chemoresistance by Up-Regulating the Rac1/β-Catenin Pathway.
Weiguang Liu,Guanglei Chen,Lisha Sun,Yue Zhang,Jianjun Han,Yuna Dai,Jianchao He,Sufang Shi,Bo Chen +8 more
TL;DR: Mechanistic studies indicated that the lack of TUFT1 expression in TNBC cells conferred more sensitive to chemotherapy and increased cell apoptosis via down-regulating the Rac1/β-catenin signaling pathway, and the findings suggest that T UFT1/Rac1/ β-Catenin pathway may provide a potential target for more effective treatment of TNBC.
TUFT1 is expressed in breast cancer and involved in cancer cell proliferation and survival
TL;DR: It is proved that TUFT1 expression levels are increased in breast cancer samples, and the increased expression of TU FT1 was shown to be positively correlated with tumor size, histological grade, lymph node metastasis rate, and poor prognosis.

Establishment and Verification of a Bagged-Trees-Based Model for Prediction of Sentinel Lymph Node Metastasis for Early Breast Cancer Patients.
Chao Liu,Zeyin Zhao,Xi Gu,Lisha Sun,Guanglei Chen,Hao Zhang,Yanlin Jiang,Yixiao Zhang,Xiaoyu Cui,Caigang Liu +9 more
TL;DR: The vector combining quadrant method is used to analyze the original location of the tumor, which is more precise than simply using vector or quadrant and is more reliable and stable to assist doctors predict the SLN metastasis in breast cancer patients before operation.
BAG2 Promotes Proliferation and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer via ERK1/2 Signaling and Partially Regulated by miR186.
Lisha Sun,Guanglei Chen,An-Qi Sun,Zheng Wang,Hai-Bo Huang,Zi-Ming Gao,Wei-Tian Liang,Caigang Liu,Kai Li +8 more
TL;DR: It is reported that BAG2 was highly expressed in gastric cancer cell lines and tissues, indicating poor prognosis and proteomic analysis identified that B AG2 may be involved in the regulation of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway.

Association of human breast cancer CD44-/CD24- cells with delayed distant metastasis.
Xinbo Qiao,Yixiao Zhang,Lisha Sun,Qingtian Ma,Jie Yang,Liping Ai,Jinqi Xue,Guanglei Chen,Hao Zhang,Ce Ji,Xi Gu,Haixin Lei,Yongliang Yang,Caigang Liu +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, the frequency of CD44-/CD24- breast cancer cells in 576 tissue specimens for associations with clinicopathological features and metastasis and investigated the underlying molecular mechanisms.
