TL;DR: In this paper, a receiver for differential and single-ended signals is described, and the rise/fall delays of each signal through each respective receiver may be independently adjusted, and an inverter coupled to the differential amplifier is used to provide a first beta ratio in differential mode and a second β ratio in singleended mode.
