Gregor Dr. Deckers,Diekhaus Gerhard,Bernd Dr Dorsch,Carl Dieter Dr. Dipl.-Chem. Frohning,Gerhardt Horn,Burkhard Horrig +5 more
- 18 Mar 1994
TL;DR: In this paper, a hydrogenation catalyst consisting of nickel, nickel oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide and a water-insoluble support material was proposed for the hydrogenation of propanal and n-butanal at temperatures between 100 and 160°C, with a surface area determined by BET from 80 to 200 m2/g and a total pore volume determined by Hg porosimetry from 0.35 to 0.6 ml/g.

Method for separating linear aliphatic compounds terminated by fonctional groups
Gregor Dr. Deckers,Dieter Dr Frohning +1 more
- 04 Jul 1992
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for separating aliphatic, straight-chain compounds having terminal functional groups from mixtures containing isomers which are branched in the alpha position was proposed.
