Eosinophils in Colorectal Neoplasms Associated with Expression of CCL11 and CCL24.
TL;DR: The discrepancy in CCL11 and CCL24 expression between glandular cells and stromal cells might shed light on how colorectal cancer evades the immune system, which would enable further development of immunotherapies that target these chemokines.

Expression of tumoral FOXP3 in gastric adenocarcinoma is associated with favorable clinicopathological variables and related with Hippo pathway
Jungho Suh,Kyu Yeoun Won,Gou Young Kim,Go Eun Bae,Sung-Jig Lim,Ji-Youn Sung,Yong-Koo Park,Youn Wha Kim,Juhie Lee +8 more
TL;DR: The loss of FOXP3 expression in cancer cells is thought to contribute to tumorigenesis and progression of gastric adenocarcinoma.

Frequency of MED12 mutations in phyllodes tumors: Inverse correlation with histologic grade.
Nara Yoon,Go Eun Bae,So Young Kang,Mi Sun Choi,Hye Won Hwang,Seok Won Kim,Jeong Eon Lee,Seok Jin Nam,Gyungyub Gong,Hee Jin Lee,Young Kyung Bae,Ahwon Lee,Eun Yoon Cho +12 more
TL;DR: MED12 mutation was a common molecular alteration in PT and the frequency of MED12 mutation decreased with increasing histologic grade, and in malignant PT, MED12 exon 2 mutations showed improved DFS but without significance.

Lower Sympathetic Nervous System Density and β-adrenoreceptor Expression Are Involved in Gastric Cancer Progression.
TL;DR: A lower SNS density and β-adrenoreceptor expression was associated with an aggressive oncogenic behavior including worse histological grade, advanced pT, and increased lymph node metastasis.
Acute Placental Villitis as Evidence of Fetal Sepsis: An Autopsy Case Report.
TL;DR: Acute placental villitis should be recognized as evidence of fetal sepsis that often has lethal clinical outcome, as compared to intra-amniotic infection associated with acute chorioamnionitis alone.
