Rotational Mechanical Thrombectomy to Treat Iliac Limb Occlusion after Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair: The RoMe Registry.
Gioele Simonte,Giacomo Isernia,Felice Pecoraro,Michele Antonello,Giuseppe Guzzardi,Ettore Dinoto,Giovanni Feriani,B. Migliara +7 more
TL;DR: Rotational mechanical thrombectomy for iliac limb occlusion following EVAR appears to be both safe and effective, and this technique may uncover intraluminal defects contributing to graft occlusions and enable their resolution within the same procedure.

Outcome Analysis From a Multicenter Registry on Unibody Stent-Graft System for the Treatment of Spontaneous Infrarenal Acute Aortic Syndrome (MURUSSIAS Registry).
Felice Pecoraro,Pietro Volpe,L. Boccalon,B. Migliara,Nicola Rivolta,Antonino Silvestro,Piero Trabattoni,Mafalda Massara,Domenico Antonio Diaco,Ettore Dinoto,Francesca Urso,Antonino Alberti,Giovanni Feriani,Marco Franchin,Matteo L Ravini,Claudio Saccu +15 more
TL;DR: The use of the unibody stent-graft system showed to fit the anatomic peculiarities of IAAS with excellent outcomes, and the MURUSSIAS registry is the largest collection of spontaneous IAAS managedendovascularly using the AFX endovascular AAA system.
