Stefano Guerriero,Anna Maria Paoletti,Silvia Ajossa,Anna Maria Beatrice Vacca,Isa Pilia,Marisa Orrù,Giuseppina Perrone,Gian Benedetto Melis +7 more
TL;DR: Vaginal danazol seems to be capable of counteracting the mitogenic effect of estrogen on the endometrium without reducing the effectiveness of estrogens to improve peripheral arterial perfusion.

Effects of Transdermal 17β-Estradiol Treatment and Naloxone Infusion on Gonadotropin Response to Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone in Postmenopausal Women*

Stefano Guerriero,Valerio Mais,Silvia Ajossa,Anna Maria Paoletti,A Risalvato,Gian Benedetto Melis +5 more
TL;DR: The study demonstrates that this transvaginal ultrasonographic evaluation together with the determination of plasma hCG levels has a poor predictive capacity to distinguish viable pregnancy from nonviable pregnancy with a kappa value less than 0.4.

Does the clinical information play a role in the magnetic resonance diagnostic confidence analysis of ovarian and deep endometriosis
Luca Saba,Silvia Ajossa,Giuseppe Ledda,Antonella Balestrieri,Federica Schirru,Carlo N. De Cecco,Jasjit S. Suri,Gian Benedetto Melis,Francesco Lavra,Stefano Guerriero +9 more
TL;DR: It is suggested that clinical information is useful in diagnosing endometriosis in general anterior compartment, but not in other locations, and less experienced radiologists (resident) may benefit from it at utero-sacral ligaments or Rectum\Sigmoid\Pouch of Douglas.
