Patent
Resource allocation in radio interface of radio communications system
Gerhard Ritter
- 13 Jan 1998
TL;DR: In this article, an OFDMA multi-carrier method is used for the transmission of the data symbols, which assigns respectively several subcarriers (oc) and a segment (S...) of a frequency spectrum to the mobile stations, to form a connection between base station and mobile stations.

Method and arrangement for transmitting voice in a radio system
Egon Schulz,Gerhard Ritter +1 more
- 30 Sep 1998
TL;DR: In this paper, a multi-voice frame (MSF1) is transmitted with error-protection for transmitting voice between subscriber stations of a radio system, particularly a mobile radio telephone system, whereby an analog voice signal is digitally coded by voice frames.

Radio system with frequency optimization
Gerhard Ritter
- 13 Jul 1994
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a radio system with frequency optimisation, where the received levels and/or transmission quality of all frequencies or channels or of some of the frequencies of the channels available to a radio base station are continuously measured and the measurement values are transmitted to the radio base stations, in which, from the total information, the frequency or channels are allocated to the subscribers in such a manner that a most optimum frequency or transmission quality possible is allocated to each connection.

Verfahren und Anordnung zur Funkübertragung von digitalen Signalen
Gerhard Ritter,Karl Kammerlander +1 more
- 29 Dec 1995
TL;DR: In this paper, the data allocated to a plurality of subscriber stations in each case undergo broadband transmission in a slot of the time-division multiplex frame and in adjacent frequency bands by the joint detection-CDMA (code division multiple access) process known per se.

Methods and arrangement for transmitting data via a radio interface in a radiocommunications system
Gerhard Ritter
- 19 Oct 1998
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose two methods and an arrangement for transmitting data via a radio interface which is organized into time slots with terminal message blocks in accordance with a TDMA user separation method.
