Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production with Porphyrin Double Deckers
Athanassios G. Coutsolelos,Emmanouil Nikoloudakis,Georgios Charalambidis,Marita Vasila,Georgios A. Spyroulias +4 more
TL;DR: In this article, a series of gadolinium porphyrin double deckers and their corresponding monoporphyrinate derivatives were investigated towards photocatalytic hydrogen evolution, and the presence of the double decker was proved essential towards the photocatalysis activity since Gd(TPyP)2 exhibited the higher performance.
Binding Adaptation of GS-441524 Diversifies Macro Domains and Down- Capacity
Aikaterini C. Tsika,Angelo Gallo,Nikolaos K. Fourkiotis,Aikaterini I. Argyriou,Sridhar Sreeramulu,Frank Löhr,Vladimir V. Rogov,Christian Richter,Verena Linhard,Santosh Lakshmi Gande,Nadide Altincekic,Robin Krishnathas,Isam Elamri,Harald Schwalbe,Jan Wollenhaupt,Manfred S. Weiss,Georgios A. Spyroulias +16 more
TL;DR: Tsika et al. as mentioned in this paper showed that GS-441524, the active metabolite of the remdesivir, is a hydrolase inhibitor for several viral MDs and for its binding to human homologs found in PARPs.
E2 Partner Tunes the Ubiquitylation Specificity of Arkadia E3 Ubiquitin Ligase
Georgia N. Delegkou,Maria Birkou,Nefeli Fragkaki,Tamara Toro,Konstantinos D. Marousis,Vasso Episkopou,Georgios A. Spyroulias +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , the interaction and function of the E3 ligase Arkadia with its physiological E2 partners, such as UbcH5B and UBH13, as well as UBcH7.
1H, 13C, 15N backbone resonance assignment of apo and ADP-ribose bound forms of the macro domain of Hepatitis E virus through solution NMR spectroscopy
Maria D Politi,Angelo Gallo,Georgios Bouras,Maria Birkou,Bruno Canard,Bruno Coutard,Georgios A. Spyroulias +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a detailed structural analysis of the apo and bound to ADP-ribose state of the native HEV MD was performed by solution NMR spectroscopy.
