TL;DR: A large number of patients who underwent surgery with curative intent for gastric adenocarcinoma from between 2000-2012 had LN- disease, and 63 had disease recurrence after a median follow-up of 24 months, with the most common patterns of recurrence being peritoneal alone alone, liver alone, or combined liver/peritoneal.
