TL;DR: In this paper, a high power diode-pumped continuous wave (CW) and Q-switch operation of Tm,Ho:YVO4 laser is reported, where up to 20.2 W of output lasing at 2054.7 nm was obtained under cryogenic temperature of 77 K with an optical to optical conversion efficiency of 32.9%.

Efficient continuous wave and Q-switched operation of a dual-end-pumped c-cut Tm:YAP laser
TL;DR: In this article, an efficient continuous wave (CW) and Q-switched c-cut Tm:YAP laser was reported, with the dual-end-pumped convex-concave resonator, and the maximum pulse energy of 1.6 mJ was obtained under a total incident pump power of 50 W.

Continuous wave and AO Q-switch operation of a b-cut Tm,Ho:YAP laser with dual wavelengths pumped by a laser diode of 792 nm
TL;DR: In this article, a b-cut Tm,Ho:YAP crystal was double endpumped by a 7.21-W fiber-coupled laser diode at the center wavelength of 792 nm, achieving an effective optical-optical conversion efficiency of 25.9% and an effective slope efficiency of 31.5%.
