TL;DR: In this article, an investigation was carried out of the radiation emitted by 10 GeV positrons planar channeled in perfect single crystals of silicon, and strong evidence was found for structure not resolved in previous experiments, particularly at angles near the critical angle for channeling where the radiation exhibits a marked periodic structure.

TL;DR: In this article, the photon spectrum was observed to have a prominent peak at about 50 MeV in agreement with theoretical predictions and the intensity was also in reasonable agreement with expectation, for positrons aligned within ≈20 μ rad to the planar direction.
