TL;DR: In this paper, the first observation of the decay ϒ′→ϒπ + π − → l + l − π+ π− → l+ l− π + − was reported, and the 7 events seen yield a branching ratio B ( ϒ ′→ ϒπ+π − )=(19±8)%.
