TL;DR: The low-affinity nerve growth factor receptor p75 is a stratified epithelial stem/progenitor marker of human epithelia as mentioned in this paper, and it was found that OM-1 cells with p75 cluster were surrounded by cytokeratin 14-and cytokerin 13-expressing cells that settled at the outer margin of the colony.

TL;DR: A solitary neurofibroma that developed in the mandible of a 76-year-old woman is reported, during which the tumor and inferior alveolar nerve vascular bundle were found to be partially in contact, although complete separation was possible.
