The invention relates to a preparation method of a hydroxyethyl chitosan nano composite bone support material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: obtaining phosphorus calcium powderin a precipitating method, roasting, and obtaining hydroxyapatite/beta-tricalcium phosphate two-phase phosphorus calcium nano powder, performing the hydroxyethylation on chitosan, preparing hydroxyethyl chitosan, finally dissolving the hydroxyethyl chitosan in a 1 percent acetum solution, mixing and stirring the hydroxyethyl chitosan, gelatin and two-phase phosphorus calcium nano powder accordingto a mass ratio of (1 to 4) to 1 to (0.5 to 4), degassing, uniformly dispersing, circularly freezing and thawing the solution, and finally drying, thus obtaining the hydroxyethyl chitosan nano composite bone support material. The preparation method is simple in preparation process, easy in operation, capable of realizing the batched preparation, lower in cost, and pollution-free; and by adoptinga ternary material system, a prepared bone support has an appropriate degradation rate, the cell compatibility of the bone support is improved, the biological activity is better, and the cell can be better adhered and proliferated.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing the cellulose in a certain quantity of LiOH/urea/aqueous solution, and rapidly and uniformly stirring at the temperature from 10 DEG C below zero to 30 DEG C below zero to enable the cellulose to be fully swelled; and then adding a certain quantity of a precooled KOH solution to obtain a final solvent system with 2-6wt% of LiOH, 5-10wt% of KOH and 10-16wt% of a urea aqueous solution, adding 0.5-4wt% of chitosan finally, uniformly stirring, and carrying out a freezing and thawing method at the temperature from 20 DEG C below zero to 40 DEG C below zero to obtain a transparent cellulose/chitosan solution. The preparation method is simple and convenient in process, is economic, non-toxic and pollution-free, is used for preparing the polysaccharide solution with mutual solution in molecular level and has an obvious application prospect.
