Destree Dominique,Francesca Lawson +1 more
- 25 Apr 2013
TL;DR: The use of semuloparin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the extended prevention of a mortality and/or morbidity event, more specifically venous thromboembolism and death, in a patient having undergone hip fracture surgery is described in this paper.

Semuloparin for the prevention of venous thromboembolism in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy
Umesh Chaudhari,Dominique Destree,Francesca Lawson,Guillaume Lecorps +3 more
- 11 May 2012
TL;DR: In this article, an ultra-low molecular weight heparin with an average molecular weight of 2000 to 3000 Daltons, with an anti-FXa activity of about 60 U/mg and anti-FIIa activity, was used as an antithrombotic agent for the prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism in cancer patients.
Patent
Semuloparin for the prevention of a mortality and/or morbidity event in a patient undergoing major orthopaedic surgery
Destree Dominique,De Potter Chantal Jean,Francesca Lawson,Christelle Lorenzato +3 more
- 24 Jun 2011
TL;DR: The use of semuloparin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the prevention of a mortality and/or morbidity event, more specifically venous thromboembolism and death, in a patient undergoing major orthopaedic surgery, such as hip replacement, knee replacement or hip fracture surgery, was proposed in this article.
