Renal involvement during type 1 cryoglobulinemia
Mohamad Zaidan,Florent Plasse,Marion Rabant,Vincent Javaugue,Bertrand Knebelmann,Marie-Alexandra Alyanakian,Dominique Joly,Dominique Nochy,Frank Bridoux +8 more
TL;DR: The clinical course of renal monoclonal cryoglobulinemia is intimately associated with the haematological response, and is usually favourable.

Bilateral renal cortical necrosis with end-stage renal failure following envenoming by Proatheris superciliaris: a case report.
François Pourreau,Michel Pinsard,Max Goyffon,Florent Plasse,Estelle Desport,Antoine Thierry,Guy Touchard,Frank Bridoux +7 more
TL;DR: The present case of end-stage renal failure related to diffuse BRCN illustrates the potentially devastating effects of envenoming by P. superciliaris and clinicians in developed countries should be informed about renal disorders and other potentially fatal complications of venomous snake bites.

Carfilzomib Weekly 20/56mg/m², Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone for Early Relapsed Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Valentine Richez,Cécile Gruchet,Stéphanie Guidez,Guillemette Fouquet,Isabelle Azais,Geraldine Durand,Vincent Javaugue,Antoine Brigaud,Florent Plasse,Jeremie Diolez,Antoine Machet,Niels Moya,Helene Gardeney,Paul Franques,Arthur Bobin,Anthony Levy,Florence Sabirou,Anthony Bonnin,Celine Dieval,Sylvain Primault,Jocelyn Barrier,Emmanuel Fleck,Sabrina Bouyier,Claire Daras,Isabelle Princet,Delphine Bauwens,Laurence Legros,Jean-Gabriel Fuzibet,Angela Gil,Franck Bridoux,Hervé Avet-Loiseau,Xavier Leleu +31 more
TL;DR: KRd weekly at 20/56mg/m2 is effective and safe to early RRMM patients, provides improved safety profile and QOL to patients allowing treating patients until progression, and the ability to use dose intensity to improve the dose density approach using carfilzomib combination is validated.

Atteinte rénale au cours des cryoglobulinémies de type 1
Mohamad Zaidan,Mohamad Zaidan,Florent Plasse,Marion Rabant,Marion Rabant,Vincent Javaugue,Bertrand Knebelmann,Bertrand Knebelmann,Marie-Alexandra Alyanakian,Marie-Alexandra Alyanakian,Dominique Joly,Dominique Joly,Dominique Nochy,Frank Bridoux +13 more
