El Salvador es el pais de America Latina en el que estos flujos tienen el mayor peso en el producto interno bruto (PIB). Aunque la mayor parte de las remesas se orienta a satisfacer las necesidades basicas de los hogares receptores, hasta una tercera parte de estas se ahorra o se invierte, principalmente en educacion y salud. No obstante, el uso de las remesas familiares para la inversion productiva y el emprendimiento es aun reducido. Algunos de los factores que limitan su inversion en actividades productivas son la fragmentacion excesiva de los recursos disponibles, escasas capacidades empresariales, baja rentabilidad de las inversiones locales, desconfianza en la estabilidad macroeconomica, asi como la limitada inclusion financiera de los hogares receptores de remesas, situacion que se acentua en el ambito rural.
El objetivo de este documento es presentar un conjunto de estrategias que fomenten un mayor uso productivo de las remesas familiares en El Salvador a traves de una mayor inclusion financiera, a partir del estudio de caso de la cadena de valor de tomate y chile verde. Sobre la base del analisis del estado actual de los flujos de remesas y su uso, asi como del examen de las principales limitaciones que enfrenta la cadena de valor, se identifican oportunidades para apalancar las remesas familiares en el financiamiento de proyectos productivos mediante un mayor acceso y uso de productos financieros formales y servicios.

Aunque la mayor parte de las remesas se orienta a satisfacer las necesidades basicas de los hogares receptores, hasta una tercera parte de estas se ahorra o se invierte, principalmente en educacion y salud. No obstante, el uso de las remesas familiares para la inversion productiva y el emprendimiento es aun reducido. This study aims to test the role of digital marketing as a mediating variable in the relationship between financial technology and financial inclusion. The researcher applied the descriptive analytical approach to the data collected by developing a questionnaire distributed to 375 employees in the Jordanian banking sector. The researcher also used structural equation modeling to test the study hypotheses through SmartPLS software 3. One of the study’s most important findings is that digital marketing partially mediates the relationship between financial technology and financial inclusion. The study recommends that the Jordanian commercial banking sector should use advanced strategies that enhance technological innovation and digital marketing through the existence of an evolved environment for financial technology that is optimally exploited.

Development of Ismail’s Guide Wheel on the Management of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Including Fallopian Abstract We designed Ismail’s Guidewheel on the Management of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Including Fallopian Tube and Primary Peritoneal Cancer to help guide physicians through a standardized approach to the primary and adjuvant therapy for patients diagnosed with those conditions along with surveillance and the management of recurrent disease. We amalgamated recommendations from international health organizations on a wheel, which can easily be used during a consultation with a patient to provide a simplified yet comprehensive approach to their management. We included recommendations by the following organizations: the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO), the British Gynecological Cancer Society (BGCS), the National Institute of Care and Excellence (NICE), the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN), the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO), the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), the Korean Society of Gynecologic Oncology (KSGO), the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology (SEOM), the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) and the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO). This wheel is meant to be a quick and accessible resource for physicians but is not intended to replace alogorithms set by the aforementioned organizations.

Development of Ismail’s Guide Wheel on the Management of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Including Fallopian Tube and Primary Peritoneal Cancer

Phosphorus (P), one of the most important macronutrients for plants, is given to the soil through phosphatic fertilizers and organic manures. The application of PSB to soils is one of the most effective and successful ways, since it can replace or reduce the demand for inorganic P fertilizers and could be a long-term strategy for conserving P resources. The goal of the study was to determine the contribution of PSB to phosphorus (P) availability in organic, mineral, and natural sources. For this purpose, a laboratory incubation experiment was conducted at the University of Agriculture Peshawar. The experiment was consisting of four sources of P [poultry manure (PM), farm yard manure (FYM), rock phosphate (RP) and single supper phosphate (SSP)] for obtaining 45 mg P 2 O 5 kg -1 and two types of inoculation (control and PSB) arranged in two factorial complete randomized design with three replications. Resultantly, PSB inoculation significantly improved. P availability at all incubation intervals except day zero. A 3.4%, 5.4%, 12% and 16 % increased were observed in P as compared to control, at day 7, 14, 28 and 56 respectively. Similarly, significant differences were observed in P release for P sources at all incubation intervals. Initially higher P release was observed for SSP but at day 14 onward PM and FYM proved to be the best P releasable sources as compared to mineral P sources. RP released the lowest P at all incubation intervals however it performed statistically at par to SSP at 56 days. The significant interactive effect of P sources and PSB at day 28 and 56 demonstrated that soil receiving P from organic sources inoculated with PSB released higher P than other treatments combination. Thus, it is suggested that P must be applied from organic P sources (PM and FYM) along with PSB inoculation for better P nutrition and crop yield
