Postoperative radiographs after open reduction and internal fixation of mandibular fractures: clinical need or unnecessary radiation?
TL;DR: Routine postoperative radiographs after ORIF of mandibular fractures seem to have little value in the management of patients, as the decision to reoperate is based on clinical signs rather than radiography appearance, and radiographic appearance is not associated with long-term outcomes.

Compliance with the minimum dataset of the British Orthodontic Society/British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons for record keeping for orthognathic patients: retrospective comparative multicentre audit.
TL;DR: This multicentre retrospective audit aimed to assess and compare compliance with the guidelines in 3 maxillofacial units over a 1-year period and found documentation of altered sensation was consistently poor and too many unnecessary radiographs were taken.
